Trampolining
Let our Trampolining classes some bounce into your life!
Trampolining is not just great fun but also great fitness and endurance. Learn a variety of aspects from bouncing, tucks & twist taught by a qualified coach. Pupils will be taught the skills to progress towards gaining British Gymnastics Awards
Beginners
A child’s first independent Trampolining class where they will develop their skills in coordination, balance and taught the basic shapes of Trampolining. A fun way to explore the sport and socialise with others.
Advanced
Classes for children (8yrs+) that can confidently perform the core skills of Trampolining. These classes will introduce advanced skills increasing the focus on routines, coordination and body conditioning. Great fun as well as for your fitness and meeting new friends!

Gymnastics
We offer gymnastics for all ages and abilities and currently provide lessons for gymnasts every week. Gymnastics provides a great opportunity for children to try a new sport, make friends and have fun, all in the safe hands of our highly qualified staff.
Courses will work children through the skills required for gaining the various British Gymnastics Awards
Beginners
A child’s first independent gymnastics class. Pupils will be taught the basics of gymnastics, such as shapes, balances, jumping, rolling and co-ordination, through fun and structured lessons. Children will use a variety of small and large apparatus. Once these skills are developed classes will focus on the core skills required for gymnastics, such as strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and jumping, whilst introducing the basic skills for rolls, cartwheels and handstands, and vaulting.
Advanced
Classes for children (8yrs+) that can confidently perform the core skills of gymnastics. These classes will introduce advanced skills increasing the focus on strength, flexibility and body conditioning.
