Please be aware that all swimming sessions now need to be booked in advance and not all sessions are available at all centres.

Casual Swim

An open swimming session with no features or lanes available. Children must be accompanied by an adult adhering to our supervision policy.

Lane Swim

Open to all competent swimmers, adult and junior, for lane swimming. Restricted members per lane for managing social distancing. You must be able to swim 25m and You may be asked to move lanes dependent on your speed.

Family Swim

A casual session ideal for families to enjoy a swim together in the pool

Wet N’ Wild (Kingfisher)

Flumes, waves, inflatable and floats are available for the ultimate fun swimming experience for all the family.

Must be a competent swimmer to go on the inflatable.

*All features cannot be guaranteed to be in operation.

Wet N’ Wild (Hadleigh)

Inflatable and floats are available for the ultimate fun swimming experience for all the family.
Must be a competent swimmer to go on the inflatable and wear a life vest provided.

*All features cannot be guaranteed to be in operation.

Wet N’ Wild (Bury & Haverhill)

Flumes and floats are available for the ultimate fun swimming experience for all the family.

Must be a 1m in height to ride the flumes.

*All features cannot be guaranteed to be in operation.

Floats & Fun

Swim session suitable for everyone where floats or other pool equipment will be available for enjoyment.

Child supervision policy applies.

Junior Splash (Disability Session Sunday Bury)

A dedicated session for children with a disability to enjoy the water, help build their water confidence and learn a vital life skill.

Disabled Swim (iCan Swim)

Sessions for people living with a disability or those with long term medical or health conditions looking to build their water confidence and enjoy the benefits of swimming.

ACTIVE LIVING SWIM

For those referred by a health professional to be more active to improve their health and wellbeing

 

THE SWIM ACADEMY

Swimming lessons teaching and coaching children and adults to swim. Lessons run 50 weeks a year, and up to seven days a week. Enrol anytime via this page

Aqua Aerobics

A fun and invigorating instructor led all-over body work-out in the water designed to effectively burn calories with minimal impact on the body.

Child Admission Policy

All Children under 8 must be supervised in the pool at all times by an adult. Adults can only supervise a maximum of two children under 8 at any one time.
