Please note – ANY Freeze will not be effected until the appropriate proof is provided and received (in writing or via email) by the Centre. A freeze period does not affect the Minimum number of Payment Instalments You are due to make and any payments remaining at the time of the freeze will remain due and recommence on a monthly basis once the freeze period has completed.

8.9 You provide Us with details which You know to be false when applying for Membership or You change Your details without informing Us of such changes and the dales declaration would have reasonably affected our decision to grant or continue to off You Membership.
