steps programme – designed to support you

Our aim is simple; we want you to know where to go, what to do and how to feel part of the Abbeycroft family.

STEPs programme is completely free and designed to support you on every step of your fitness journey, not just in the first few weeks, with one-to-one sessions, a complete training plan and regular “pit stops” to check-in and see how you’re getting on.

Need some extra support?

As well as our STEPs programme and hands-on support from our experienced staff, we also offer personal training for a one-to-one experience and faster results.

As a member, you are entitled to a free initial personal training session. Ask your instructor when you join.
