A mix of live, virtual and on-demand at home classes including cardio, holistic, dance, and strength; plus the latest Les Mills classes.
100+ station gym with functional fitness, free weights, and cardio machines for adults and juniors alike.
Book your swimming session in advance or just turn up! Check the timetable and book if required.
Health & Wellbeing
Our community programmes and initiatives are designed to provide opportunities for everyone to be more active.
Each school holiday we have a vast programme of activities; including free HAF activities.
Supervised sessions led by a qualified member of staff. Suitable for 11-15 years.

Energy soft play
Kids love soft play; safe fun and a way to burn off some energy! climb, jump, slide, and swing at ENERGY PLAY.
For grown-ups, it’s a great time to sit, relax, and enjoy a fabulous cup of Paddy & Scotts coffee; plus cake too!!
JUST Play (SEND)
ENERGY PLAY provides dedicated sessions, for children with disabilities – and their siblings – to enjoy soft play fun and themed arts & crafts. While kids have a blast climbing, jumping, sliding, and swinging, grown-ups can relax with Paddy & Scotts coffee and cake. Join us for an exciting and inclusive experience at ENERGY PLAY!
