So we’d like to challenge you to get your heart pumping with our simple cardio-based challenge!

The Challenge

Commit to do as many cardio workouts as you can before the end of February.

Record those minutes on the form below and we’ll enter you into the challenge.

You can do any type of cardio you like and maybe try something new:-

  • Walking
  • Jogging
  • Spinning
  • Dancing
  • Swimming
  • Walking football or netball
