Good Boost Aqua session
Good Boost is a water-based rehabilitation programme designed to be fun and beneficial for people with a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
This includes tablet computers and artificial intelligence to give you a personalised aqua workout specifically designed to help with your MSK condition and improve your mobility, balance and fitness.
You will be provided with your own Good Boost tablet that takes you through your personalised workout tailored to your specific needs and condition/s.
You can take part in our Good Boost Aqua Classes at your own pace with an instructor on-hand to support you.
What should I expect?
Your first session will be a welcome meeting with one of our Good Boost supporters who will help create your Good Boost profile based on your individual needs and condition/s. Once you have attended your induction, Good Boost Aqua sessions are bookable online or at reception 8 days in advance, limited places are available. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have

How much is it?
Good Boost is part of our exercise on referral scheme so if you’re eligible your 12-week course is completely free.
To find out if you’re eligible, complete the self-refer form and a member of the team will be in touch with the next steps (Eligibility criteria applies).
How to join
You must first click the button link below to self-refer via the Suffolk Allied Health Professionals website and someone will get back to you.
After you’ve been approved to take part – you will be able to book online or at our recptions.
Bring everything you would as if you were going for a swim and reading glasses if required. Nothing else is required.
Arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to check in, collect & set up your tablet.

Arthritis meet-up sessions
These sessions are a chance to meet up with other people living with arthritis and provide valuable information from ‘Arthritis Action’.
The free sessions are approximately 45 minutes-1 hour and are very informal and relaxed, but they will help you to learn how to improve your quality of life in a supported, group setting.
