As a not-for-profit, social enterprise, we work for the benefit of everyone; members, the community, partners and staff.

Our aim is simple – to inspire people to lead healthier, active lifestyles.

We re-invest any financial surplus back into our services, so what goes in stays in, and this allows us to deliver a range of community programmes and health initiatives.

Active Living

Our accredited ‘exercise on referral’ programme for people living with long term health conditions.

Active Mums

Antenatal care programme developed by midwives  & health professionals, to support women to make healthy choices during pregnancy.

Reducing Isolation

Sessions to help isolated people feel connected,  dementia friendly for individuals & carers.

MANAGING JOINT PAIN

We run 2 programmes specifically designed to help – Good Boost Aqua and Arthritis Meet-Ups.

Health Walks

A great way to get active or stay active and we run many health walks from our centres.

KEEP ACTIVE

We run weekly sessions to encourage physical activity for over 55’s. All sessions include refreshments and a chance to socialise.

A free NHS health check is delivered at our centres for anyone aged 40-74

Stand Tall

A free 8-week programme for 11-19 year olds designed to support health and wellbeing.
