Our aim is simple – to help people be healthy, live longer and have fun.
We re-invest any financial surplus back into our services and work with partners to unlock funding, allowing us to offer a range of community programmes and health initiatives so that everyone has the opportunity to lead healthy lives.
Our outdoor programmes include activity days for children, family park cooking, food programmes and work with schools
Our accredited ‘exercise on referral’ programme for people living with long term health conditions.

Our huge range of healthy recipes are delicious, easy to cook, affordable and the whoile family can get involved.
We run 2 programmes specifically designed to help manage joint pain – Good Boost Aqua and Arthritis Meet-Ups.
Weekly sessions to encourage physical activity for those over 55’s. Includes refreshments and a chance to socialise.
