We offer over 700 fitness classes per week across our facilities.
The classes fall into the following categories to help you decide which is best for you.

A low-impact, but powerful exercise-to music water workout class that challenges your cardio fitness and muscular endurance.
Includes Aquafit, Aquablast, Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Tone & Aqua Zumba
Cardio & Fitness
Get your heart pumping and muscles moving in these motivating & high-energy classes.
Improves your fitness, muscle tone and a good calorie burn.
Classes include GRIT, HIIT, Group Cycle/Spin, Circuits, Bootcamp and more
Strength & Conditioning
Give your body a workout designed to tone up, lose weight and improve your strength.
Classes will often involve light to moderate weight or weight bearing exercise with lots of repetitions.

Connect mind and body and gain improved flexibility, strength and posture whilst leaving you feeling centred and calm.
Classes include Body Balance, Yoga & Pilates
Specifically designed ideal for those over 55 years or those rehabilitating from a fall or injury or less mobile.
Typically a low impact class to improve your balance, co-ordination and general fitness. Many classes encourage the social aspect classes bring with a cuppa & biscuit for afterwards
Classes includes low impact aerobics, mature circuits, Chair based exercise, fit & active, table tennis
Class designed for children to be active and have lots of fun.
Classes include Karate, Family Clubbercise
A fun aerobic workout incorporating many forms of dance ideal for any age or ability and guaranteed to be lots of fun!
