SCHOOL HOLIDAY ADVENTURE DAYS

Our outdoor adventure days are jam-packed with safe, fun activities that children thrive on.

Forest School instructors will run relaxed and fun activities for children aged 8-13 years old.

We have sessions every day of October half term 26-30 October in:-
Bury
Great Cornard
Newmarket
Stowmarket

ADVENTURE DAYS KIT LIST

We aim to deliver fun, exciting activities outdoors in all kinds of environment and weathers.

Expect to get wet muddy and to have a great time!

Clothes to wear

  • Warm jumper or fleece
  • Pair of old trousers/Shorts
  • T-shirt
  • Sun hat and sunglasses (April to October)
  • Woolly hat and gloves (October to April)
  • Pair of old trainers or walking boots (Wellies if it is wet)
  • Waterproof Jacket and trousers

Things to bring

  • Water bottle/bottles (Minimum 2ltrs)
  • Packed Lunch SnacksSun cream (Factor 30+) Medication (Must be looked after and administered by the young person)
  • Rucksack to carry belongings in
  • Hair tie if you have long hair

What not to bring

  • No mobile phones or other electronics
  • No Expensive clothes or Jewellery
  • No Jeans (Denim is the worst clothing to get wet in)
  • No open-toed shoes/No flip flops or sandals
  • No caffeinated or Energy drinks

ADJUSTMENTS WE’VE MADE TO BE COVID-19 SAFE

1. All Explore Outdoor programmes will take place outside to reduce the likelihood of transmission.

2. Toilet facilities at each venue will be cleaned at multiple intervals throughout the day.

3. All children who attend Explore Outdoor Adventure Days/Family Park Cooking, are expected to socially distance following government guidance.

 4. Explore Outdoor instructors will provide hand sanitisers, and regular handwashing is expected throughout the day.

 5. Explore Outdoor Instructors and staff will wear appropriate PPE to administer any first aid.

 6. All equipment will be sanitised after use.

 7. Children/families who are self-isolating following the government guidelines will NOT be able to attend Explore Outdoor sessions.

 8. We recommend parents should reduce the number of different holiday activity providers their child visits.

 9. On arrival, parents and children should remain in their vehicle. An Explore Outdoor instructor will meet you and sign you in.  (ADVENTURE DAYS ONLY)

10. Please avoid group gatherings in the car parks.

Our parties don’t disappoint

Uniquely designed parties for children and adults that don’t disappoint.

Everything from archery to wall climbing, mountain biking to fire lighting and loads more.

Choose from a full day, half day or 2 hour party, or we can even do overnight stays.

Come to us or we can come to you or we’ll find you a really unique venue in one of Suffolk’s beautiful country parks. 

Climbing Wall Hire

Reach new heights with our mobile climbing wall.

A popular favourite for parties, team building, events, fund-raisers, climbing courses and just about any other occasion.

We bring the adventure to you…all 24 feet of it and it will take 4 climbers at once.

Our qualified staff ensure complete safety of all climbers. It’s textured to feel like real rock and the routes are changed regularly. It uses a hydraulic autobelay system providing support to all climbers, whatever your shape or size.

Safety harnesses, matting and barriers are all supplied and we can travel anywhere in the UK.
