Whilst classes aren’t currently available at this centre, we have Yoga staring 5 October, and Zumba starting on the 10 October respectively.
Customers on our standard membership are welcome to book classes at any of our other centres. For the holistic fans we have yoga, pilates, tai chi and legs, bums and tums, for full body toning and strength.
And if you’re a HIIT fan, our high intensity exercise classes including circuits, Zumba, Body Attack and Body Pump will hit the mark.
Saddle up, for a selection of indoor cycling gym classes and the popular range of Les Mills.
25m 6-lane pool at Bury Leisure Centre
Although we don’t have a pool at East Bergholt Sports Centre – our sister centre, Hadleigh Pool & Leisure does and customers on our Standard membership can use it as part of their membership.
Swimming is great for your whole body, it uses almost every major muscle group.
A low impact exercise that builds strength and tones, it’s also a great way to relax after a hard day or an intense work out.
Lane swimming and family sessions available too.
