Keep Active

Activity for the over 55’s

We run weekly ‘Keep Active’ sessions to encourage physical activity for the over 55’s and all the sessions include refreshments and a chance to socialise.

Sessions include Walking Football, Walking Netball, Keep Fit Aerobics, Dance, Light Multi-activities.

You can pay per visit for these sessions or a monthly membership could offer better value.

The following Keep Active sessions take part weekly.

11:00-12:00 – Low impact aerobics & short tennis

10:00-11:00 – Low impact aerobics and short tennis

Fridays
13:45-14:30 – Fitness class for over 65’s

08.10-08.55 – Shallow Water workout

10:00-12:00 – Leisure Club

Prices

£3.75 per session with an Inspire Card
£4.75 per session without an Inspire Card
£4.20 per session at Haverhill

Please note not all centres currently offer the Inspire Card – ask at your local centre.

Booking is recommended for all sessions but not essential.
