Community Programmes

Inspiring a Healthier You

As a social enterprise, we are committed to providing opportunities for everyone to be active.

Because of the unique way we re-invest all our profits, we are able to offer community programmes that encourage more people to increase their levels of physical activity as well as encourage those who are not physically active at present to take part.

Active Mums

Our Active Mums Antenatal Care programme, developed by midwives and health professional, supports women to make healthy choices in their pregnancy and meet other Mums-to-be.

A non-intimidating, friendly 90 minute session incorporates their antenatal appointment with the midwife in addition to advice on a healthy lifestyle and half an hour allocated to do some exercise. They also have an opportunity for a 1-2-1 consultation with the midwife.

Women can attend every week, following their dating scan, however they should also attend their routine antenatal appointments.
