Aerobic LBT
Concentrates on toning and strengthening the legs, bums and stomach area. All set to great music, this class improves muscle tone, stamina and overall fitness.

Active Stretch & Core
A dynamic stretch class to loosen and lengthen those tired muscles which we over work on a daily basis. This is combined with a section of core exercises to aid with stabilisation and general ab strength.

Aqua – GP Referral
This water session is especially suited for those with joint, mobility or balance problems.

Aqua Blast
A higher intensity water workout class that challenges your cardio fitness and muscular endurance. If you want to push yourself a little more and work that extra bit harder in the water then this is the class for you.

Aquatone
A fun packed aerobic class that involves using light dumbbells to increase muscle tone, improve strength, stamina and overall cardio muscular fitness.

Body Attack
This high-energy cardio, interval class combines aerobics with strength and stabilisation exercises, set to powerful music to motivate everyone.

Body Balance
A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates which builds flexibility and strength as well as leaving you feeling calmed and centred.

Body Combat
This fiercely energetic class is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide range of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekowndo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. With this ultimate warrior workout you will strike, punch and kick your way through calories.

Body Pump
A non-impact weight based workout that is set to music. Using barbells this programme targets all the major muscle groups, helping you to improve your muscular strength and endurance.

Body Step
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

Body Vive
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into class and you can be sure you’re heading into one of the safest and most effective workouts around. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn up to 490 calories.

Circuits
The classic all-round workout. Set to time, this class incorporates both aerobic and strength training exercises.

CX Worx
You will be taken through correct techniques as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. A stronger core makes you better at all the things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports.

HIIT 30
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of interval training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. The idea is to work in the upper percentage of your comfort zone, meaning you go all out, as hard as you can during the work intervals.

Indoor Cycling
A group cycling class mixing your resistance, speed and intensity to gain results.

Low Impact Aerobics
A lower impact and intensity aerobics class that is set to the beat of the music, working the cardiovascular system and muscles gently. Specifically designed for the less mobile or more mature exerciser.

Pilates
An invigorating form of floor exercise that strengthens your mind and body. Pilates can improve your core strength, flexibility and overall mobility.

Positive Steps
Gentle exercise class suitable for all, but especially those with osteoarthritis or concerned with delaying osteoporosis. It also includes a balance element designed to promote the prevention of falls.

RPM
An indoor cycling based class. Mix your resistance, speed and intensity to burn up to 800 calories per class. A phenomenal aerobic workout.

Sh’bam
A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Tai Chi
An ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to improve physical and mental well-being.

Yogalates

Zumba
The Zumba programme fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow choreography to create an exciting one of a kind fitness class that guarantees to get you moving.
