Aqua Aerobics
A great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water. It only takes a few aqua aerobics sessions and you’ll see a big difference in your overall fitness. These classes involve all the exercises you would expect in a ‘dry’ class and you’re guaranteed to get a great all-over workout. You’ll use equipment like aqua dumbbells and woggles. There are added bonuses when you exercise in water…water supports the body putting less stress on your joints and muscles; working out in water helps build strength; fighting against the push of the water activates your muscles; water pressure helps put less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body. And… it’s fun!

Aerobic LBT
Concentrates on toning and strengthening the legs, bums and stomach area. All set to great music, this class improves muscle tone, stamina and overall fitness.

Active Stretch & Core
A dynamic stretch class to loosen and lengthen those tired muscles which we over work on a daily basis. This is combined with a section of core exercises to aid with stabilisation and general ab strength.

Aqua – GP Referral
This water session is especially suited for those with joint, mobility or balance problems.

Aqua Blast
A higher intensity water workout class that challenges your cardio fitness and muscular endurance. If you want to push yourself a little more and work that extra bit harder in the water then this is the class for you.

Aquatone
A fun packed aerobic class that involves using light dumbbells to increase muscle tone, improve strength, stamina and overall cardio muscular fitness.

Body Attack
This high-energy cardio, interval class combines aerobics with strength and stabilisation exercises, set to powerful music to motivate everyone.

Body Balance
A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates which builds flexibility and strength as well as leaving you feeling calmed and centred.

Body Combat
A totally non-contact martial arts class. Kung Fu Kicks, Crazy Capoeira, Boxing and Taekwondo. You’ll learn some mind blowing Martial Art Moves. Release the stress, burn the calories, and become a Body Combat fighter.

Body Pump
This is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Body Step
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

Body Vive
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into class and you can be sure you’re heading into one of the safest and most effective workouts around. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn up to 490 calories.

Circuits
A fast-paced class doing one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station. The classes alternate between aerobic activities and muscle-strengthening activities and is perfect for all fitness abilities. This is your class and your workout, build confidence, strength and tone at your own pace.

Clubbercise
A simple to follow dance class packed with high and low impact dance routines, mixing aerobic and street dance together to create an uplifting nightclub atmosphere! You will use glow sticks so getting a bonus arm workout dancing to massive club anthems from 90′s to the latest floor fillers taught with the main lights out and the disco lights on! Come along with your friend and start the weekend in style!

Core Conditioning
This high energy class  provides an excellent work out for your core. Using weights, body weight and balance work you will discover muscles you didn’t know you had and sculpt the area you want to. If you’re after amazing results then this is the class for you!

CX Worx
You will be taken through correct techniques as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. A stronger core makes you better at all the things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports.

Dance Fit
Move to fantastic, well known music and dance yourself fit with this high energy dance class. Two left feet welcome!

Family Zumba with Dean (Haverhill only)
Exercise together as a family. Children, mums, dads, grandparents, uncles and aunts. Children must be 11 years or older and always accompanied by a family member. Come together and dance your socks off to the amazing different styles of salsa, merengue, mambo and more. A brilliant hour of family fun burning calories without even realising it.

HIIT
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest but not for long! A massive fat-blasting, full body workout which will leave you feel awesome!

Hoop
Hooping is a fantastic way to tone that troublesome tummy area, improve strength, coordination and calorie burning as well as the undeniable enjoyment factor! Join our class and have a blast! Lose inches around your waist and get happy whilst getting toned, get coordinated whilst socialising – hooping is for everyone.

Indoor Cycling
A group cycling class mixing your resistance, speed and intensity to gain results.

Keep Active
A great way to spend an hour doing fun Zumba dance styles and aerobic dance moves designed for the over 50’s. The classes combine a dance section, functional strength & conditioning and a toning section ending with flexibility and suppleness exercises with Pilates style floor work or chair work. Come along and meet new friends and stay for a free coffee, biscuit and natter after the class. Keep Active sessions vary from centre to centre.

Kettlebell
A stimulating, invigorating, safe and easy-to-follow, calorie blitzing, fat blasting program and people everywhere are loving the lightening quick results! Work your body and feel stronger, fitter and more confident.

LBT / Burn & Tone
An all over body workout that places emphasis on your legs, arms & core using bar, free weights, body weight & balance work. You will leave feeling motivated, stronger and fitter. You will be on the right path to a leaner, toned and sculpted body.

Low Impact Aerobics
A lower impact and intensity aerobics class that is set to the beat of the music, working the cardiovascular system and muscles gently. Specifically designed for the less mobile or more mature exerciser.

Pilates
An invigorating form of floor exercise that strengthens your mind and body. Pilates can improve your core strength, flexibility and overall mobility.

Positive Steps
Gentle exercise class suitable for all, but especially those with osteoarthritis or concerned with delaying osteoporosis. It also includes a balance element designed to promote the prevention of falls.

RPM / Studio Cycling
This is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

Sh’bam
If you want to dance and party your way to fitness in a fun and social environment then you’ll love Sh’bam! You won’t even realise how hard you’re working as you’ll be too busy having fun and dancing those calories away. Sh’bam is the fun, addictive dance workout that often feels more like a party than a class. Absolutely anyone of any age or fitness level can SH’BAM – no dance experience required!

Tai Chi
An ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Virtual Exercise Classes
A Big Screen experience just for you. Virtual workouts combine our world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivation from some of the hottest instructors on the planet. It’s a truly inspiring experience that will drive amazing results. Get the full fitness class experience at a time that suits you, weather its early mornings or late at night Virtual can fit into your busy life. We do strongly advise that you attend several live classes taught by an instructor before you try out Virtual. We want you to feel confident with the class style, your technique, body positioning and ability first.

X-HIIT with Dan – Haverhill only
This class is a new and unique fitness session, designed to ensure you climb out of your comfort zone. The hour long workout incorporates high intensity interval training with the fun of climbing on our themed X-Height walls. Expect a different workout every week as your X-HIIT coach loves to switch it up, so your body doesn’t know what’s coming! It’s time for you to reach new heights!

Family X-HIIT with Dan – Haverhill only
This class offers you the opportunity as a family to exercise together. Children, mums, dads, grandparents, uncles and aunts. Your child will have to be 11 years or older and always accompanied by a family member. Come together and experience this amazing, fresh new experience combining HIIT training and the X-Height climbing walls. Spend a brilliant hour training, having fun and learning new things together.

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to improve physical and mental well-being.

Yogalates
Can’t decide between Yoga and Pilates? Then try both. With the benefits of each you will improve your core stability and your inner strength.

Zumba
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever! Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it! Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Party your way through an hour and feel the benefits instantly, you’ll feel amazing, lose weight and sculpt your body with this fantastic class.
