25m 6-lane pool at Mildenhall Hub
Although we don’t have a pool at Brandon – our sister centre, Mildenhall Hub does, and customers on our Standard membership can use it as part of their membership.
Swimming is great for your whole body, it uses almost every major muscle group.
A low impact exercise that builds strength and tones, it’s also a great way to relax after a hard day or an intense work out.
Lane swimming and family sessions available too.
