Your brand new Wellbeing Hub is a safe and supportive space for adults of all abilities to be active in a fun, social environment.
The Wellbeing Hub is equipped with 12 power-assisted inclusive fitness machines aimed to give a helping hand to exercising.
Our friendly staff are here to guide you every step of the way.
Is it right for me?
The Wellbeing Hub is popular for those looking to stay active as they age, and those with poor mobility, injury or disability.
It is suitable for:
✔️ Over 55’s
✔️ Those living with long term health problems, such as MS, Parkinson’s, arthritis, osteoporosis, or joint problems.
✔️ Those recovering or have recovered from health problems, such as cancer or a stroke.
✔️ If you’re recovering from more short term injuries, such as a fall or sports injury.
✔️ If you’re not used to regular exercise and are looking for a gentle introduction into activity
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The hub is set up as a circuit. You move around the 12 different power assisted machines giving you a complete full body workout.
The different machines will ensure you exercise different muscle groups to improve your strength, mobility, and overall health and wellbeing.
The machines are easy to use and our staff are there to support you every step of the way. The sessions are a fantastic social opportunity where friendships can be formed whilst you’re exercising.
You can have a free taster session to try out this new way of exercising before coming back to have a full demonstration on how to use the circuit!
YOUR WELLBEING HUB MACHINES
There are 12 machines in total that can offer you a full body exercise. They are ergonomically designed to ensure that getting in and out of them is as easy as possible. The machines are power assisted, this ensures the risk of injury stays at a minimum.
