Where is this Vacancy? Newmarket Leisure Centre CB8 0EA

What is this Vacancy? Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for visitors and members into our Leisure Centre. You will be responsible for taking bookings, membership sales and general centre enquiries both face to face and over the phone. As part of the role, you will carry out centre tours along with ensuring all visitors and members are provided with an excellent customer journey.

How much will I be paid? Your hourly rate is dependent on your age £8.21 or £8.72 for those over 25 (subject to change following National Living Wage change in April 2021)

What hours are available? 21 hours (average) per week

What would my rota look like?

Week 1
Monday 09:30-13:30, , Wednesday 15:00-20:00, Saturday 08:00 -16:00, Sunday 08:00-12:00 = Total 21 hours

Week 2
Tuesday 09.30-13.30, Wednesday  09.30-13.30, Thursday 15:00 -20:00, Friday 15:00-20.00, Sunday 12.00-16.00 = Total 23 hours

Week 3
Monday  15:00 -20.00, Tuesday 15.00-20.00, Thursday 09.30-13.30, Friday 09:30 -13.30 = Total 19 hours

Abbeycroft has amazing opportunity for an excellent administrator to join our team in a newly created post supporting our group exercise programme.

Where is this vacancy?  Hadleigh Pool and Leisure & Kingfisher Leisure but may be required to travel to other sites on occasion.

What is this vacancy? Assisting our Group Exercise Manager, you will provide full administrative support. You will be responsible for managing holiday and sickness for our instructors and processing timesheets accordingly. You will monitor KPI’s and the viability of classes within Hadleigh and Kingfisher Leisure Centres and support customer enquiries. You will report directly to the Group Exercise Manager, and assist with any speciality projects, whilst liaising with the Fitness Manager to coordinate programmes and studio timetables.

How much will I be paid? Your hourly rate is dependent on your age £8.21 or £8.72 for those over 25 (Subject to change following National Living Wage change in April 2021)

What hours are available? 8 Hours Per Week

What would my rota look like? 8 hours to be worked across the week, as agreed with your Manager
