Health & Wellbeing
Our community programmes and initiatives are designed to provide opportunities for everyone to be more active.
Each school holiday we have a vast programme of activities; including free HAF activities.
Supervised sessions led by a qualified member of staff. Suitable for 11-15 years.
Monday – Friday 16:00-18:00
Saturday – Sunday 13:15-14:30
A programme for children aged 11-16, targeting mental health, self esteem, and confidence.
Young Water Polo
Are you a swimmer in Stage 5 or above?
Get ready for fast-paced fun in the water! Improve swimming skills, learn passing and shooting, and defend like a pro!
Games and player of the week trophy included. Must have a Stage 5 swimming certificate or above. Sessions run throughout the year, except for 2 weeks over Christmas.

Disability Sport club
A whole day’s activities including iCan swim, boccia, badminton, and basketball.
An inclusive, precision ball game with a simple aim: Get your 6 balls closer to the Jack than your opponents to win!
You can throw, kick or use a ramp to propel the ball.
It’s played in singles, pairs or teams, on a badminton size court.
£5.50 (£1 off with an inspire card)

NHS Health Check
We offer free, NHS health-checks for anyone aged 40-74 – in 5 of our centres – which can help to identify health conditions.
Walking Football is a slower version of the beautiful game, designed to help people keep an active lifestyle and help older people who live in social isolation meet new friends.
Walking Netball is a slow-paced version of the game, primarily aimed at the over 50s, designed to help people keep an active lifestyle irrespective of their age, as well as helping ex-players get back into the game.
