The Active Living programme is designed to reduce the strain on the NHS by offering specialist physical activity classes twice a week for west Suffolk patients on NHS pathways:-

  • Frailty, strength and balance
  • Pulmonary, Breathe Better for health
  • GP Exercise on Referral

Upskilled, experienced instructors support patients through a programme of activity lasting either 12 weeks or 24 weeks, depending on their referral route, with follow-on options available for everyone.

The programme covers a wide range of health conditions including anxiety, arthritis, asthma, depression, diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, overweight or obesity.
