Never has it been so important to be active to help both your physical & mental wellbeing.
We acknowledge that some people are reluctant or unable to leave their homes, especially at this time. We also know how important it is to maintain the best possible physical and mental health. Therefore, we are offering you the opportunity to join in one or more of these groups, held on Zoom. Easy to access you can join in with from the comfort of your own home.
Our virtual live-streamed classes allow you to exercise in the comfort of your own home.
No equipment needed except a PC, tablet or smartphone to stream classes using the Zoom.
