Abbeycroft Leisure welcomes those over 50 to Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centres. As well as inviting you to participate in any of our adult sessions we offer a number of activities dedicated to the over 50 age group.
At Haverhill Leisure Centre we operate a Keep Active Club designed to give you access to a range of sporting activities as well as the opportunity to socialise with friends and meet new people. Our swimming timetable includes sessions for the over 50s only.
At Bury Leisure Centre we run an exercise class called "Gently Does It" for the over 50s as well as providing dedicated pool time for our over 50s' Aquatone class and swimming sessions.
