The Unsung Hero Award |

The Lifetime Achievement Award |

The Triumph Over Adversity Award |

The Coach of the Year Award |

The Contribution to Disability Sport Award |

The Young Community Volunteer of the Year Award |
An individual, under the age of 18 on 30th September 2010, who has given up a substantial amount of time to volunteer in local sport in any capacity. New Award for 2010 Nominate Someone Now |
The Club of the Year Award |

The Senior Team of the Year Award |

The Junior Team of the Year Award |

The School of the Year Award |
The School must have achieved ‘Active Mark’. • A School that gives its pupils with a wide range of opportunities to participate in high quality physical education and extra-curricular sport. The School should show continued commitment to School-Club links. • Provide high quality competitive opportunities. • Dedicated to the Gifted & Talented Programme. • Provide opportunities for Young Leaders and community Volunteers to develop within the School environment. General Notes
• All individuals nominated must either reside in St Edmundsbury or be involved with a St Edmundsbury sports organisation.
• All organisations nominated must be based in St Edmundsbury.
• Nominees for “…….of the Year” categories will be assessed primarily on their achievements during the past year. The ‘Year’ runs from 1st September to 31st August 2010.
• Winners of the St Edmundsbury Awards will be forwarded to the Suffolk Sport Awards
Closing date 31st August at midnight
Categories will be judged by an independent panel based solely on the information provided in the nomination forms
