Our friendly well trained staff will assist you to achieve your fitness goals in our fully air-conditioned gyms. Everyone’s needs are different and we will support you every step of the way through an induction session and individual tailor-made exercise programme.
The gym staff run regular challenges to help achieve your goals. These activities support the friendly, social atmosphere offered and make it an ideal place to train whether you come on your own or with a training partner.
Our 100 station fitness studios in Bury and Haverhill have very latest, state of the art Matrix and Life Fitness equipment with integrated entertainment system including 7, 12 and 15ins TV monitors and ipod connectivity.
In Haverhill, we have the latest innovation from Spinning creator Johnny G. The KRANKcycle is a stationary hand-cycle with independent crank arms. This unique piece of fitness equipment provides an effective cardiovascular workout, builds upper-body strength, addresses muscle imbalances and improves posture.
For aspiring gym users aged 13-16 in Bury and 11-16 in Haverhill, we also run supervised 'Teen Fitness' sessions in our induction area.
