Relax in either our sauna and steam room. Many people now appreciate how the combination of heat and humidity increases the circulation, relaxes tense muscles and soothes away aches and pains.

It’s also great fun and a great way to relax after exercise or a hard day at work.

Sunbeds

Many people seek that 'look good-feel good' factor which a tan provides. using our sunbeds is undoubtedly one of the most controlled ways in which to achieve this. The health suite has a stand up capsule.

Whilst the tanning experience of using a sunbed is simply a mimic of the natural sun, the levels of UV rays and exposure time are controlled to minimise the possiblility of burning, whilst maximising your tan. Safe tanning guides are avilable for all sunbed users.
