Exercise Classes
Sometimes we find it easier to workout with other people around us, so why not try one of our group exercise classes.
Our classes are delivered by qualified and friendly instructors and our comprehensive programme of both Body Training Systems (BTS) and freestyle classes will suit everyone no matter what level of fitness.
Available as part of a Lifestyle membership package or on a pay and play basis. Booking is advised and can be made up to 7 days in advance. Timetable subject to change and demand.

Class Descriptions
Blast FX - All over body conditioning class using your own body weight. This class involves aerobics, balancing and upper core strength.
Body Attack - A high energy, high/low impact aerobics class working your whole body.
Body Balance - a dynamic yoga-based stretch programme that will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Each session includes elements of controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training.
Body Combat - an exciting martial arts based fitness programme that combines moves and stances that are developed from a range of self defence disciplines.
Body Pump/Pump FX - a non-impact workout using barbells and adjustable weights to music. This programme targets all of the major muscle groups using resistance training exercises.
Body Vibe - All over body conditioining class using a light ball and resistence bands. First part of the class is aerobics using the small ball, then moves to resistence bands, finishing with good balancing and stretch moves.
Boxercise -Follows the methods employed in boxing whilst ensuring maximum amount of safety and exercise. This class has been designed to incorporate contact without any physical contact. It is high energy class and works all major muscle groups. It is a great stress buster and lots of fun.
Circuit Training - the ultimate all-round workout that incorporates both aerobic and strength training.
Fit Ball - a core stability workout based around a Swiss ball.
Junior Bodywise - this is an introduction for young adults into exercise through a circuit based session.
Keep Active - this is a session for the 50+ of gentle exercise. Go at your own pace and meet some new faces.
LBT - this is a low impact exercise class that focuses on legs, bums and tums.
Pilates - Pilates consists of a series of controlled, flowing movements designed to re-align and balance the body's structure. It aims to promote strength and stability around 'core' or centre of the body.

We must be informed if you wish to cancel off of a class in advance otherwise you will be charged for the class.
