Exercise Classes
Sometimes we find it easier to workout with other people around us, so why not try one of our group exercise classes.
Our classes are delivered by qualified and friendly instructors and our comprehensive programme of both Body Training Systems (BTS) and freestyle classes will suit everyone no matter what level of fitness.
Available as part of a Lifestyle membership package or on a pay and play basis. Booking is advised and can be made up to 7 days in advance. Timetable subject to change and demand.

Class Descriptions
Aquatone - A lively water workout for both swimmers and non-swimmers. Suitable for expectant mothers and those in rehabilitation.
Aerobics, Tums, and Bums - A combination of aerobics and body conditioning designed to help tone and firm those problem areas.
Body Attack - Sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. Asimple, high intensity class that’s fully optioned to cater forallfitness levels.
Body Balance - A dynamic yoga-basedstretch programme that will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Eachsession includes elements of controlled breathing, concentration,flexibility and strength training.
Body Combat - Anexciting martial arts based fitness programme that combines moves andstances, developed from a range of self defence disciplines. An awesomenon-contact aerobic workout.
Body Pump - A non-impactworkout using barbells and adjustable weights to music. This programmetargets all the major muscle groups using resistance training exercises.
Circuit Training - The ultimate all-round workout incorporating both aerobic and strength training.
Energy Burst Aerobics - A motivating Hi-Lo impact aerobics class. Guaranteed to make you glow and smile.
Gently Does It - A gentle aerobic programme designed for the over 50’s, combining functional strength, flexibility, and suppleness exercises.
Joggers & Jaunters – Light-hearted ladies only jogging group, catering for both the novice and more seasoned runner.
RPM/Group Cycling -An indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. Mix your resistance,speed and intensity, and burn up to 800 calories/class. A phenomenalaerobic workout!
Step – Low impact, high intensity, step-based aerobic workout. It’s fast, fat burning and fun! An old favourite still going strong!
Tight Tums, Firm Bums (TTFB) - The ultimate conditioning class for legs, bums, and tums.
Yoga - Combines deep relaxation with strength and stamina exercises to improve circulation.
