Which leisure activities can I pay for?
Our new online booking facility can be used to book main hall activities such as badminton,
short tennis, five-a-side football and netball as well as squash courts. In the future we
hope to offer on-line booking for all outdoor football and hockey pitches and exercise classes.

You can use a card from any of the following schemes
Will I receive a receipt if my booking has been successful?
When you have completed your payment you will be redirected to an online receipt which you
can print for your records. You will also receive a receipt by email to the address you
specified when making the booking.
What should I do if I make an error when booking?
If you haven't confirmed your booking, please shut down the window and try again. If you have
confirmed your booking, please contact the relevant Leisure Centre using the contact
information provided on this site.
How long will it take to process my payment?
Once your payment has been completed, we will process it within two working days.
Why do I need to enter an e-mail address?
The e-mail address is used solely for the purpose of sending you a receipt detailing the outcome
of your transaction. It is therefore important that this is entered correctly and it is your
responsibility to ensure it's your current address and is in a valid format.
Are my personal details protected?
Yes. When you clicked the previous link you received a security alert stating you are about to
view pages over a secure connection. This can be confirmed by the padlock icon on your browsers
status bar, for more information please visit www.verisign.com. When you have entered your
contact and payment details you will be transferred to Worldpay who will take your credit card
details. At no point does Abbeycroft Leisure hold your card details.

Is my browser compatible?
We have tested our online payments facility with Internet Explorer 5 and above, Netscape
7 and Mozilla. Abbeycroft Leisure cannot guarantee they will work correctly in other browsers.
