Anyone can come and join in the fun and games at the Everyday Sports Roadshow in Bury St. Edmunds on Sunday 23rd April.
The roadshow will be hosted by Abbeycroft Leisure in partnership with local agencies and St. Edmundsbury Borough Council and will be taking place in the town centre between 10am and 4pm.
The day will start with a Gentle Exercise class and there will also be Scottish Dancing, Jo Jingles classes, playground games and all sorts of new and exciting challenges for people of all ages and abilities.
It only takes 30 'Everyday Sport minutes' a day to become fitter, healthier and happier. From football to fencing, running to rowing, walking to windsurfing - there's an Everyday Sport happening near you right now; however you like to get active.
Councillor Terry Clements, St. Edmundsbury's cabinet member responsible for leisure and sport, says "Exercise can be a fun part of a healthy lifestyle, so join thousands of people from mums to milkmen and grandparents to greengrocers and sign up on the day."
